Um 18.30 bis 19.30 Uhr von Parkplatz ‘Unter-Moos’, Holzwiesstrasse, Jona.

Für das Ausdauertraining solltest Du mindestens 30 Minuten am Stück laufen können. Es gibt keine Begrenzung, wie schnell Du bist!

Wir haben alle Fähigkeiten. Jedes Training hat drei Teile. Wir beginnen mit Aufwärmen und Aktivierungsübungen, dann Ausdauer und Schnelligkeits-Intervalltraining und enden mit einem Cooldown und Dehnen. Wir laufen mit ein 'hin und zurück' Prinzip sodass niemand zurückgelassen wird.

Für Läufer, die gerade den Anfängerkurs absolviert haben, aber trotzdem mit Pausen laufen wollen. Die Geschwindigkeit beträgt, wie in den letzten Wochen, ca. 8min/km.

Nächstes Training: 21/9, 5/10 CHF 10.- pro Training.

Who is it for?

'Zero to 30' is a course for complete beginners who want to learn to run for 30 minutes as part of a small group (min. 4 and max. 12 runners).

By following a proven 7 week course with the help of a professional coach you will improve gradually, maintain your motivation and change your life.

What training will we do?

'Zero to 30' is an 8 week course. Each session lasts for one hour and we will do some technique training, running (of course) and stretching.

We start week 1 by alternating short runs of 1 minute with walking. The course is designed to allow you to progress each week towards the 30 minutes goal.

There will be a suggested training to do before the next class although it is not obligatory to do this. Running technique exercises will also be be available as videos.

Each week we will make small increases in the amount of running you do. After 8 weeks you will be amazed at what you can now do. It really works!

Where and when

The meeting point will be at the running track entrance, opposite Jucker Farm (see map). There are toilets and car parking but no changing rooms.

We will use the paths and trails in the Stampf area. Jucker Farm is open for coffee after training!

The full course of 8 x 60mins lessons cost CHF 195.-

The next courses starts in early 2019 from 09.00 - 10.00 in Rapperswil-Jona. There are only 15 places available.

This course will be in English and a basic level is sufficient. I also have some German. Language is no obstacle!
