Over the years I have found that, well used, the MBTI is a very useful development tool for both individuals and teams. Its real value comes from creating an appreciation of difference and thereby challenging us to really understand our impact on ourself and others. Armed with that knowledge we have new choices about how we wish to adapt to be more impactful in our lives.
