Zero to 30 beginners course
Who is it for? 'Zero to 30' is for complete beginners or people with very limited running experience who want to learn to run for 30 minutes, with good technique, while having some fun.
Anybody who is healthy can do it. As humans we are born to run - sometimes our body just needs a little help and motivation from a professional running coach to remember how!
How does it work? 'Zero to 30' is an 8 week course. Each session lasts for one hour and we will do some technique training, running (of course) and stretching. We start using a run/walk combination and then increase the amount of running each week in a manageable way. It works.
Anything else? There is a private Facebook group for course participants to share their progress with each other and ask me questions. New habits can be difficult to establish and we find this is a very powerful way to support you. Courses are in English.
How much is it? The 8 week course is CHF 200.-

Friday Speed Training
Who is it for? If you already run and want to get faster then come and try our Friday group training session. Our coaches are all highly experienced runners with lots of knowledge to pass on. Training is in English/German.
With techniques exercises, interval training and stretching you will become a better runner. We use the 'out and back' principle for interval training so that different abilities can run together and nobody gets left behind.
Where and when? We meet on Friday's from 18.30-19.45 at Sportanlage Grünfeld, Rapperswil-Jona. The meeting point is at the running track entrance, opposite Jucker Farm. There are toilets but no changing room so please come dressed for training.
