While each coaching relationship is different it typically involves some combination of powerful goal setting, teaching running specific skills, creating training plans, supervised one to one training sessions and regular progress reviews as well as the all important pre-race preparation to ensure that you perform to your best when it matters most.

Online course: 'Recovery - the other side of the training coin'

For many sportsmen there are easy performance gains to be made by simply improving their recovery strategies. As a result you can stay healthy, get injured less and race faster.

The course includes video and audio lectures plus a hand worksheet to self-assess how effective your recovery strategies are. It takes about 90 minutes and you can do it in bite sized chunks.

Marathon Magic

This Marathon masterclass will give you an edge in your marathon training and racing.

You will learn about the key training sessions to include in your training, how to structure the build up phase to your marathon, how to taper effectively for the race and then how to get the maximum out of your performance on race day.
